Управління державної охорони України

Гала-концерт «Голос державності» став урочистим фіналом дитячого творчого конкурсу, присвяченого Дню Української Державності.

Управління державної охорони України організувало цей захід спільно з «Культурними силами» з метою підтримати родини військовослужбовців і надати дітям можливість розкрити свій творчий потенціал через мистецтво. Ініціативу підтримала пані Посол Канади в Україні Наталка Цмоць.

Упродовж місяця учасники конкурсу — діти військовослужбовців УДО України — створювали малюнки та готували творчі номери, вкладаючи в них власне бачення державності, української ідентичності, сили родини та єдності в часи випробувань. Найкращі роботи й виступи були представлені під час гала-концерту.

«Цей захід — можливість нагадати, що саме ви, діти, є головною причиною, заради якої ваші батьки захищають нашу країну. Ви — майбутнє України. Ми пишаємося вами та вашими батьками й прагнемо створювати всі умови для вашого розвитку. Мрійте, навчайтеся, розвивайтеся і любіть Україну. Ваші батьки сьогодні роблять для цього все можливе», — звернувся до учасників конкурсу начальник Управління державної охорони України бригадний генерал Олексій Морозов.

Окрім дітей-переможців конкурсу, перед глядачами виступили гурт «Оркестр 59», Alyona Alyona та Павло Гоц. Серед запрошених гостей були діти й родини представників інших складових Сил безпеки і оборони України.

Усі учасники конкурсу отримали подарунки від партнерів заходу: благодійного фонду «Сучасна Україна», благодійного фонду Helper UA, Київського молодіжного центру, Національного військово-історичного музею України та L’Occitane.

На превеликий жаль, цей захід став останнім, в організації якого взяла участь заступник начальника Центру міжнародного співробітництва та стратегічних комунікацій Управління державної охорони України полковник Валентина Савіцька. Вона була не лише високопрофесійним офіцером, а й щирою, небайдужою людиною, яка завжди віддавала себе справі та щиро вірила, що підтримка родин військовослужбовців і турбота про дітей є невід’ємною складовою сильної держави, тому вклала в організацію цього заходу частинку свого серця. Світла пам’ять про неї назавжди залишиться в наших серцях, а її професіоналізм, людяність і відданість Україні будуть прикладом для всіх, хто мав честь служити поруч із нею.

Щиро дякуємо всім, хто долучився до організації цього свята та вклав у нього свою душу й час. Переконані, що саме такі події, які дарують дітям військовослужбовців підтримку, увагу та можливість реалізувати свої таланти, зміцнюють наш дух і нашу державу. Адже державність твориться не лише на передовій, а й у любові до Батьківщини, у щирості дитячої творчості, у єдності родин, які чекають, вірять і підтримують своїх захисників.

The Voice of Statehood gala concert marked the ceremonial finale of a children's creative competition dedicated to the Day of Ukrainian Statehood.

The Department of the State Protection of Ukraine organised the event in cooperation with Cultural Forces to support the families of servicemen and provide children with an opportunity to unlock their creative potential through art. The initiative was supported by Her Excellency Natalka Cmoc, Ambassador of Canada to Ukraine.

Over the course of a month, the competition participants - children of the Department's servicemen - created artworks and prepared creative performances, expressing their own vision of statehood, Ukrainian identity, the strength of family and unity in times of adversity. The finest artworks and performances were presented during the gala concert.

"This event is an opportunity to remind you, children, that you are the very reason why your parents are defending our country. You are the future of Ukraine. We are proud of you and of your parents, and we are committed to creating every opportunity for your growth and development. Dream, learn, grow and love Ukraine. Your parents are doing everything they can today to make that future possible," said Brigadier General Oleksii Morozov, Head of Department of the State Protection of Ukraine, in his address to the participants.

In addition to the competition winners, the audience enjoyed performances by the band Orkestr 59, Alyona Alyona and Pavlo Hots. Among the invited guests were children and families of personnel serving in other components of Ukraine's Security and Defence Forces.

All participants received gifts from the event's partners: the Modern Ukraine Charitable Foundation, Helper UA Charitable Foundation, the Kyiv Youth Centre, the National Museum of Military History of Ukraine and L'Occitane.

Sadly, this event became the last one organised with the participation of Colonel Valentyna Savitska, Deputy Head of the Centre for International Cooperation and Strategic Communications of Department of the State Protection of Ukraine. She was not only an exceptionally professional officer but also a sincere and compassionate person who devoted herself wholeheartedly to her mission. She firmly believed that supporting the families of servicemen and caring for their children are integral to building a strong state, and she invested a part of her heart in organising this event. Her memory will forever remain in our hearts, while her professionalism, humanity and unwavering dedication to Ukraine will continue to inspire everyone who had the honour of serving alongside her.

We extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who contributed to organising this celebration and dedicated their time, effort and passion to making it possible. We firmly believe that events like this - which provide the children of servicemen with support, care and opportunities to realise their talents - strengthen both our spirit and our state. After all, statehood is forged not only on the battlefield but also through love for our homeland, the sincerity of children's creativity, and the unity of families who wait, believe and stand steadfastly behind their defenders.
