Управління державної охорони України

У рамках розвитку міжнародного співробітництва Управління державної охорони України прийняло делегацію Чеської Республіки на чолі з аташе з питань оборонно-промислового співробітництва Посольства Чеської Республіки в Києві.

Партнери прибули з чітким розумінням сучасних викликів. Безпека більше не обмежується лише фізичною охороною. Вона охоплює кіберпростір, захищені комунікації, протидію безпілотним системам та технології, що розвиваються швидше, ніж правила їх регулювання. Саме тому ключовий акцент зроблено на розробці нових рішень і технологій наступного покоління.

Досвід України — практичний і здобутий в умовах реальної війни — є надзвичайно цінним для наших партнерів. Між сторонами вже налагоджено співпрацю, зокрема у сфері протидії безпілотним системам, і вона послідовно розвивається.

Під час візиту делегацію було поінформовано про наслідки російських атак на об’єкти критичної інфраструктури та цивільні об’єкти. Зокрема, вони відвідали Національний музей історії України у Другій світовій війні, де задокументовано реальні свідчення цієї війни — як нагадування про справжню ціну безпеки.

Також відбувся круглий стіл за участю представників сектору безпеки і оборони. Обговорення мало предметний і змістовний характер та було зосереджене на актуальних загрозах, досвіді України та спільних рішеннях, які можуть бути реалізовані вже сьогодні. Така взаємодія відкрила нові можливості для співпраці на найвищому рівні.

Ми високо цінуємо це партнерство та готові об’єднувати наші зусилля.

Адже сьогодні радикально постає питання не тільки про безпеку України, а й про безпеку всієї Європи.

As part of the development of international cooperation, the Department of the State Protection of Ukraine hosted a delegation from the Czech Republic, led by the Defence-Industrial Cooperation Attaché of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Kyiv.

The partners arrived with a clear understanding of contemporary challenges. Security is no longer limited to physical protection alone. It encompasses cyberspace, secure communications, counter-unmanned systems, and technologies that evolve faster than the rules regulating them. Therefore, the primary focus is placed on the development of new solutions and next-generation technologies.

Ukraine’s experience—practical and gained under the conditions of a real war—is exceptionally valuable to our partners. Cooperation between the parties has already been established, particularly in the field of counter-unmanned systems, and continues to develop consistently.

During the visit, the delegation was briefed on the consequences of russian attacks on critical infrastructure and civilian facilities. In particular, they visited the National Museum of the History of Ukraine in the Second World War, where real evidence of this war is documented—serving as a reminder of the true cost of security.

A roundtable discussion was also held with the participation of representatives of the security and defence sector. The discussion was meaningful and substantive, addressing current threats, Ukraine’s experience, and joint solutions that can already be implemented today. This engagement has opened new opportunities for cooperation at the highest level.

We highly value this partnership and stand ready to join our efforts.

Today, the issue at stake is not only the security of Ukraine, but also the security of all Europe.

Обмін досвідом у сфері безпеки — це не опція, а необхідність.
Саме тому до УДО України завітала делегація Федеральної поліції Німеччини на чолі з Маріо Шульцом — керівником Дирекції спеціальних підрозділів.

Під час візиту партнери були присутні на тренуванні підрозділів Управління — відпрацьовували можливі сценарії розвитку подій та дії у разі сучасних загроз.

Germany is one of the key partners of the Department of the State Protection of Ukraine. This cooperation encompasses dozens of security operations successfully carried out during visits of high-ranking German officials.

The exchange of experience in the field of security is not an option, but a necessity. That is why a delegation of the Federal Police of Germany, led by Mario Schulz, Head of the Special Units Directorate, visited the Department of the State Protection of Ukraine.

Head of the Department of the State Protection of Ukraine, Brigadier General Oleksii Morozov, presented the activities of the Department, our capabilities and future plans.

During the meeting, the parties discussed how the Department plans and organizes security measures in light of emerging challenges and threats.

A separate focus area is countering unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). What was a challenge yesterday has now become part of systematic work.

During the visit, the partners attended a training session of the Department’s units, where possible scenarios and response actions to modern threats were practiced.

A full operational cycle was demonstrated: from planning to response in real-life conditions.

Security is about being ready to act faster than the situation evolves.

Ukraine’s experience, shaped in the context of war and real threats, is extremely valuable to our international partners.
