Військовослужбовець УДО України здобув срібло на турнірі з плавання.

У Києві завершився турнір з плавання «МВС Незламні», який об'єднав близько 150 ветеранів із підрозділів сектору безпеки й оборони. Учасники змагались на дистанціях 50, 100 і 200 метрів вільним стилем та в командній естафеті.

Військовослужбовець Управління державної охорони України виборов 2 місце на дистанції 100 метрів.

Плавання — давнє захоплення Артема: збірна університету, всеукраїнські змагання, щоденні тренування. Але у 2022 році спорт поступився місцем фронту. Артем добровільно мобілізувався та воював на Донецькому напрямку — Лиман, Святогірськ, Бахмут. У лютому 2023 року під час виконання бойового завдання група потрапила під мінометний обстріл. Артем отримав уламкове поранення в голову. Після лікування повернувся до строю, пізніше перевівся до УДО України, де служить і сьогодні.

Спорт він не залишив. Регулярні тренування та участь у змаганнях — це продовження служби: та сама зосередженість, витривалість і воля до результату.

A serviceman of the Department of the State Protection of Ukraine won silver at a swimming tournament.

The “MIA Nezlamni” swimming tournament has concluded in Kyiv, bringing together around 150 veterans from units of Ukraine’s security and defense sector. Participants competed in the 50 m, 100 m, and 200 m freestyle events, as well as in a team relay race.

A serviceman of the Department of the State Protection of Ukraine secured 2nd place in the 100 m event.

Swimming has long been Artem’s passion: representing his university team, competing in national tournaments, and maintaining daily training routines. However, in 2022, sport gave way to the battlefield. Artem voluntarily joined the military and fought on the Donetsk front, including in Lyman, Sviatohirsk, and Bakhmut. In February 2023, during a combat mission, his group came under mortar fire. Artem sustained a shrapnel head injury. After treatment, he returned to duty and later transferred to the Department of the State Protection of Ukraine, where he continues to serve today.

He never abandoned sport. Regular training sessions and participation in competitions have become a continuation of his service — requiring the same focus, endurance, and determination to achieve results.

У Києві відбувся IV Міжнародний саміт міст і регіонів «Партнерство. Стійкість. Готовність», який об’єднав представників 24 держав та став важливим майданчиком для координації міжнародної підтримки України, розвитку міжрегіональної співпраці та зміцнення стійкості європейських громад в умовах війни.

У заході взяли участь представники Польщі, Франції, Німеччини, Італії, країн Балтії, Скандинавії, США та інших держав-партнерів. Вперше до формату саміту долучилися й представники демократичних сил Білорусі на чолі зі Світланою Тихановською.

Військовослужбовці УДО України забезпечили безпеку проведення міжнародного саміту, офіційних зустрічей, а також заходів, передбачених програмою візиту Світлани Тихановської до України.

Управління державної охорони України забезпечує належний рівень безпеки міжнародних заходів та офіційних візитів, сприяючи зміцненню міжнародного партнерства і підтримці демократичних цінностей.

The IV International Summit of Cities and Regions “Partnership. Resilience. Preparedness.” took place in Kyiv, bringing together representatives of 24 countries and serving as an important platform for coordinating international support for Ukraine, developing interregional cooperation, and strengthening the resilience of European communities during the war.

Representatives of Poland, France, Germany, Italy, the Baltic and the Scandinavian States, the United States, and other partner nations took part in the event. For the first time, representatives of the democratic forces of Belarus, led by Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya, also joined the summit format.

Servicemen of Department of the State Protection of Ukraine ensured security during the international summit, official meetings, as well as events included in the program of Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya’s visit to Ukraine.

The Department of the State Protection of Ukraine ensures an appropriate level of security during international events and official visits, contributing to the strengthening of international partnership and the support of democratic values.
